Who are Campercakes?camper2

Campercakes started in 2012 to combine my interest in campervans and my love of baking. Since I qualified as a baker and pattiserie in 1978 my passion has always been for cake decoration and design. I love experimenting with different flavours and styles to create a cake to remember.

My Aim:

My aim is to concentrate on a full flavour which compliments my designs. I always take into consideration customer needs and treating each customer as an individual creating a design to suit their needs. I aim to provide a personalised and quality service to each customer with a bit of fun thrown in!

Food safety:

I hold a diploma in Food Hygiene along with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
I am registered with Environmental Health and I hold a top five star rating.
I have a City and Guilds in Cake Decoration and Design.
I have a City and Guilds in Bakery and Flour Confectionary.
I have and NVQ in Catering.

  1. Thank you Kim for making my daughter’s hen do a day to remember! She was unaware that I had arranged for you to come! The cakes and savouries were amazing, as were the novelty biscuits! I couldn’t believe that you did so much-even down to providing the milk and sugar! A few guests (and a neighbour) have taken your card! We will certainly use your service again and recommend you to others!
Katrina, Helen and especially bride to be, Elizabeth! xx
